check-in rules:

• all guest must send previously their identity documents, in order to have the access code.
• guests will have to SUBSCRIBE AND SIGN THE TOURIST LEASE CONTRACT.
• GUESTS WILL HAVE TO PAY by CASH the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per night.

• it is forbidden to organize parties. Please keep the volume of voice and music/TV as moderate as possible, to respect the normal condominium quiet.
•  It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. It is possible to smoke on the balcony, where the ashtray is located.
• It is forbidden to keep animals. In the case of exceptions, agreed in advance, it is forbidden to leave them alone in the apartment without the owners.
• Please carry out separate waste collection and throw your rubbish before the check-out.
• Please do not connect sockets other than Italian ones, in order to avoid short circuits.
• please always park your car in our private garage: never leave it outside, in the court.
